1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through icentre.lk or visiting our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a pricing error has occurred; affected customers will be notified and offered a full refund.
3. Orders and Payment
An order confirmation email or message does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. Bank instalment plans are subject to the terms of the issuing bank.
4. Delivery
We offer free island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier availability, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Returns and Warranty
Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items may be returned within 7 days in original, unopened condition with all accessories and packaging. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects are handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under Sri Lanka consumer protection law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, iCentre's liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of products purchased from us.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
