February 2023 I brought a brand new IPhone 14 Pro from this place with charging dock, back cover and tempered glass.Around May 2023 the charging dock was not functioning properly and I informed to them. They said that it was genuine one and they can’t replace it. Finally with long explanations they replaced it.Around November 2023 iPhone was restart several times and later it was not charging properly. I took the phone to this place since it was under the warranty period. They said that the issue with the charging port, it’s a common issue with 14 series, We can repair it in our place blah blah blah. Finally I agreed thinking that they are experts in this field. ( I missed the opportunity to send it to an Apple repair center too)Finally they took three months 🤬initially the person in the shop replied me that give us only two days, another day, today we’ll give you etc etc..later he gave me the number of the technician ( I’m not sure that he is a technician) he also gave me the same answers. If a technician is experts on his subject he can tell the time that repair will take. ( not the exact time, at lest approximate time period) finally they return the phone by telling that I have to replace the motherboard. 🫣I didn’t give up and I gave it to one of my friends who is traveling to India for an official matter. He repair it from an Indian technician with 5000SLR and he said that someone try to damage to your iPhone motherboard 🤬.I never recommend this place.

Perfect place for the electronic needs. I managed to get my product within couple of hours by contacting via WhatsApp. Communication is really good.The products also genuine.I can highly recommend the place for your online orders.Note: I have no idea of the in-store shopping.
